Making or Cancelling an Order

Placing an Order
- Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or via email.
- Payment must be completed at the time of ordering to confirm your purchase.
- Once payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or text.
Order Amendments
- If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at info@24ktreats.co.uk.
- Amendments can only be made if the order has not yet been processed for preparation.
Cancelling an Order
- A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required for bulk orders.
- If a bulk order is cancelled before dispatch, a gift voucher for the deposit amount will be issued, which can be used at an alternative date subject to availability.
- For perishable or customised goods, deductions will be made for items already purchased or prepared.
- To cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting us at info@24ktreats.co.uk.
- Orders for perishable items (e.g., fresh fruit juices, baked goods) cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.
Failed Deliveries
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We cannot be held liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
- If a delivery fails due to an issue on our end, we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
