2. Non-Refundable Items 

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for the following items: 

  • Fresh fruit juices. 
  • Freshly baked goods. 
  • Food. 

These items are perishable and made-to-order, ensuring their freshness and quality. As such, they cannot be restocked or resold. 

3. Refundable Items 

Refunds are available for unopened bottles of alcohol, provided the protective seal is intact. To request a refund: 

  1. Contact us at info@24ktreats.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. 
  2. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation). 
  3. Return the item in its original packaging. 

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@24ktreats.co.uk with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
