3. Ordering Process
- Orders can be placed online.
- Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless specified otherwise for bulk orders.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled unless permitted by our policies.
4. Product Availability
- All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and provide alternatives or a refund.
5. Delivery and Collection
- Delivery dates and times will be agreed upon at the time of ordering.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur additional charges.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes).
6. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept PayPal, Credit and Debit cards.
- Bulk orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit.
7. Returns and Refunds
- Refunds are only available for unopened alcoholic beverages with intact seals.
- Perishable items such as fresh fruit juices and baked goods are non-refundable.

8. Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
