These terms apply when you use our website or order from 24K Treats. Please read them before you place an order.
1. Who we are
24K Treats is a food and drink business based on Frenchs Avenue, Dunstable, Bedfordshire. You can contact us on info@24ktreats.co.uk or 07453 261247.
2. Placing an order
You can order through our website, by phone, by email, through our contact form or by message on social media. Adding items to your basket or sending a request is not a confirmed order. Your order is only confirmed, and a contract formed, when we confirm it with you, including the price, the date and whether it will be delivered or collected.
Everything is made fresh to order, so we may not be able to accept every order, especially at short notice or at busy times. If we cannot make your order we will tell you as soon as possible and refund anything you have paid.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Delivery charges, if any, are confirmed with you before your order is accepted. Payment, or a deposit for custom cakes, events and large orders, is due as confirmed with you when you order. We may correct an obvious pricing mistake on the website before we confirm your order.
4. Custom cakes, events and trade orders
Custom cakes, dessert boxes, event and trade orders are quoted individually. Any deposit, design approval, cancellation and delivery terms for these orders will be set out in your quote and form part of our agreement. Designs are made by hand, so small differences in colour, decoration or size from photos or reference images are normal and are not a fault.
5. Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection options, areas, dates and times are agreed with you when you order. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order, as most of our products are fresh, chilled or frozen and cannot be left unattended. Responsibility for the products passes to you once they have been delivered or collected.
6. Our rum and alcohol range
Over 18s only. Our rum, punch and cocktail range contains alcohol and is only sold to people aged 18 or over. We operate Challenge 25: if you look under 25, we will ask for photo ID on delivery or collection.
We will refuse to hand over alcohol if no valid ID is shown, if we believe the alcohol is being bought for someone under 18, or if the person receiving it appears to be intoxicated. In that case the alcohol will be returned to us and we will refund its price, less any delivery charge. Please drink responsibly. Non-alcoholic versions of some drinks are available.
7. Allergies and dietary needs
Please tell us about any allergy or dietary need before you order. Our full Allergen Information explains how we handle allergens. Vegan and sugar-free versions are made to order on request.
8. Storage
Please follow the storage and “use by” instructions given with your order. Ice creams, lollies and sorbets should be kept frozen and not refrozen once thawed. Fresh juices and fresh cakes should be kept chilled where instructed and eaten by the date given. We are not responsible for products that have not been stored as instructed after delivery or collection.
9. Cancellations, refunds and problems
Because our products are perishable and made to order, the usual 14-day cancellation period for online orders does not apply. Our Refund Policy explains how to cancel an order and what to do if something is wrong. We do not accept returns of food or drink. Your legal rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected.
10. Our liability
If we do not meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure, up to the price of your order. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses on personal orders. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11. Using our website
All text, photos, logos and product names on this website, including Bangarang, Blow Wow and Buss Head, belong to 24K Treats. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission. Photos are for illustration and finished products may look slightly different. Links to Instagram, Facebook and other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
