Allergen Information

Last updated: 26 October 2026

Your safety matters to us. Please read this before ordering if you or anyone you are buying for has a food allergy or intolerance.

Have an allergy? Always tell us before you order, and ask us for the full ingredients and allergen details of any product: contact us on info@24ktreats.co.uk or 07453 261247. Allergen information is also given with your order.

1. The 14 major allergens

UK law lists 14 major allergens. We can tell you which of these are in any of our products:

  • Celery
  • Cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, barley, rye and oats)
  • Crustaceans
  • Eggs
  • Fish
  • Lupin
  • Milk
  • Molluscs
  • Mustard
  • Peanuts
  • Sesame
  • Soya
  • Sulphur dioxide and sulphites (above 10mg/kg)
  • Tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews and pecans)

2. Our kitchen

All our products are made in the same small kitchen, where ingredients containing allergens are handled. We follow careful hygiene and cleaning practices, but we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please speak to us before ordering so we can tell you exactly what we can and cannot do safely.

3. Vegan, vegetarian and sugar-free

  • Vegan versions are made without animal products, but are prepared in the same kitchen as products containing milk and eggs, so they may not be suitable for people with a milk or egg allergy.
  • Sugar-free versions are made without added sugar. Ingredients such as fruit naturally contain sugars, and some products may use sweeteners. Please ask if you need details, for example for diabetes.
  • Our rum and cocktail range contains alcohol and is for adults aged 18 and over only.

4. Ordering for someone else

If you are ordering for an event, a party or another person, please check their allergies and dietary needs before ordering, and pass on the allergen information that comes with the order.

5. Recipes can change

We sometimes change recipes and suppliers. Always check the allergen information given with each order, even for products you have had before.
